Good food, good service, attentive servers. Never had a bad experience, portions are huge. Watch out for the flying saucer size pancakes.

We have only ever been for breakfast, but it's always been good, and the service is great! Prices are a good value, too.

I ordered the French toast, bacon and hash browns, the food was cooked to order exactly how I asked for it, the server stayed on top of my coffee refills, Topping it off as soon as it would hit 3/4 of a cup every time. Tbe only issue keeping this place from hitting 5 stars was the time it took to be greeted at our table when we first sat down. It took close to 5 mins to be greeted with menus...

Great food. Omlets are huge and packed with veggies and or meat. Pancakes are as big as a pizza, they even give you a pizza box to take them to go

It's the picture of a small town, "Mom and Pop" diner. Their portions are huge and delicious. They have a couple of challenges as well, so if you're willing to try your hand at a pizza sized pancake plus other yummy items, visit Dee's.

Breakfast was good, coffee was hot and service was excellent. Will definitely make a return visit soon.

No frills, nothing fancy. My father in law would call it a greasy spoon, and that's not a bad thing. The servers are generally friendly. The food always comes out fast. If you don't know, they make the biggest pancakes. I always get the chucks choice(two eggs, three strips bacon or sausage, hash browns, and biscuits and gravy for $5.79.

Good local joint for breakfast. Large portions and the pancakes are the size of small children.

Hidden gem of Owensboro. I’d love to recommend something on the menu but everything is good so you can’t go wrong. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The prices are good. One stop here and you be a customer for life

Think ma and pa dinner. They have huge pancakes. Seriously, I'm a lumberjack and I have to be hungry to tackle these thing. Foods always fresh, the place is crowded, but that's because it's worth it. Pricing, very affordable.

A local find for sure. One of those old fashioned treasures that you hope to find when visiting that the locals all know about. I went for breakfast and had the banana foster French toast. Very yummy! The kids under 7 ate for free.

Awesome local hole-in-the wall with some of the best breakfast in town. Best bacon I've had in a long time. Order light the portions are huge!

Found this neighborhood restaurant by accident . Was pleasant surprised. Ordered the Rose and Shine Breakfast. Be cautious in your choice when the server asks if you want regular pancakes or large pancakes.

Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly employees that ensured our cups were never empty! 2 people with a cup of coffee each and sharing a breakfast of eggs, corn beef hash, toast, bacon, and grits for less than $10!!!! We will definitely go back! Oh, and the lunch specials had a meat & THREE sides for less than $10 as well!Dee's is in the old George's BBQ building. One side of the sign still sports the old name!

Delicious food and always served with good customer service and a big bright beautiful smile! The best southern hospitality in North Western Kentucky! Try their eggs and t-bone steak for breakfast! The steak is fall off the bone tender and eggs fixed any way you like them! And don't forget to add their delectable hash browns! Oh, and try their huge pizza box size fluffy and buttery pancakes!!! The most original and one of Owensboro's greatest restaurants that we keep going back to again and again. When we go away, we always miss Dee's Diner!!! Worth the time, worth the effort, & worth the price!!!!

Definitely not worth the wait. The food is overly sweet or overly oily. Highly dissatisfied for the first visit.

Ruben sandwich with fries was on point. As far as taste goes. The bottom side of toasted bread arrived a little soggy. I think they waited on fries after sandwich was made. I'm not one to complain about such a small issue. So what, it was just a little messier than expected it was still delicious. Our server was on his game and very responsive to our request. Thanks. We will be back when were in town.

We always get good service and good food. Yesterday we let older gentlemen go before us as we were in line waiting on a table, we took his turn, to our surprise someone bought our breakfast. Nothing beats kindness.

The food is always good. Huge pancakes and Large omlets. It is a great start to a Saturday or Sunday.

The food is amazing. The prices are super cheap for the amount of food. And, per adult one child under 7 gets to eat free. I recommend the dee's rise and shine. It can feed an army. The service is top notch fast and amazing.

Nice warm environment, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Biscuts and gravy are my fav!
